1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading and using the "Bible Verse Widget Daily" mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our App.

2. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

The App offers optional subscriptions to access premium features ("Premium Access").

• Payments will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings any time after purchase.

3. Intellectual Property

The App, its features, design, and original content (excluding the Bible verses, which are in the public domain) are the exclusive property of "Bible Widget Daily" and its licensors.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these terms.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach these Terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall "Bible Widget Daily" be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the App.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where the user resides, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
